Raise funds for Men's health

Move for mental health

Move is how The Order of Mo remembers the 60 men lost to suicide globally, every hour. To take part, all you have to do is run or walk 60km. Cover the distance in one go or over the month.

3. Move for mental health

4. Go the distance

You’re putting in the hard work. And friends, family and co-workers love to see it. So don’t keep it a secret. Share your progress on social media. Let the world know why you’re doing it – and watch the donations roll in.

Why Move for mental health?

Men are dying before their time. But you can help us change and save lives.

It’s the sign you’ve been looking for

Move gives you the push to get you off the couch. Reconnect with the outdoors. Get in some fresh air. Take back the hours stolen by the screen.

Be the one who inspires the masses

The Order of Mo is behind you, and so are your family and friends. Take on Move and see just how much your hard work lifts the spirits of those around you.

Raise funds. Save lives.

The money you raise will fund game-changing men’s health projects. And help us take on mental health, suicide, prostate cancer and testicular cancer.

Hear from the Movember community

Movember
I’ve been supporting Movember for two years. When it comes to the hairy season, I Move for mental health – which means I run 60km for the month. The support from my friends and family never ceases to amaze me. It’s so much fun.

Emma Delahunt

Movember
Raising money for a men’s health charity has really given me a purpose. I've been fundraising for Movember since 2014 – from growing a Mo and spreading information about how to improve mental and physical health, to running 60km in the month of November.

Parag Shah

Movember
Movember brings together members of the emergency services and military and is a force of positivity for men’s mental. Last Movember, we got together for the ‘Head to Head Challenge’. Walking in our uniforms, I found it inspiring, joining others serving in uniform who face similar experiences.

Movember
As an 11-year Mo Sister I see Movember’s impact everywhere I go. I see it at the bakery when people congratulate me for my Movember Mo – and I see it when strangers honk from their cars on the street while I run for the Move challenge. After all this time, supporting Movember is still one of the one of the most fun and rewarding things I’ve ever done.

Our impact

Since 2003, we have built a men's health movement, funding over 1,320 projects around the world. We call it challenging the status quo – shaking up men’s health research and transforming the way health services reach and support men.
