Hello everyone!! Over the past three years I have been participating in the #Movember challenge, a campaign to raise awareness about mental health. Movember is working to help men stay mentally healthy, but they can’t do it alone. Thanks to my sponsors and supporters I raised 1500€ and a lot of awareness for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives. Let's do that again!

Over the course of the coming month, I'll be running 60km (at least) to raise awareness. Specifically, for the 60 men lost to suicide every hour across the world but also for cancers that disproportionately affect men.

On the 13th of November, I am celebrating my 24th Birthday. Instead of gifts, I am kindly asking you to make a small donation of 5€-10€-or more to the Movember campaign.

I would really appreciate you sponsoring me for however much money to donate to charities and research that combat this through the Movember organisation.
